Unconditional welcoming – [[Ellen Emmet]]

- The face, the head quarter of the seeker.
- I don't live behind the face, I live in the openness.
- feel the face without any reference, let it go wild.
- I am the faceless openness
- nothing to impose
- be more interested in the openness, the borderlessness
- take a bath in your true essence, borderlessness
- Islands of contraction, of fear, lack... there is nothing wrong with that.
- me, the separate one, a cluster of thought, a constellation of seeking
- really welcome, know that it is welcome
- maybe it intensifies
- give it all the space
- not-knowing
- I don't impose a concept on you
- I know that you are also me.
- I know it infinitely
- everything belonging together
- the tribe of creation
- even the experience of being a seeker
- wanting safety, security, love... is part of this divine creation.
- become aware of the coming and the going of the breath
- no ounce of judgment
- seeking is natural
- the play of remembering
- feel the breath
- be the space, be the ocean
- be aware of the layers of the breath
- pushing, pulling, wanting
- let these layers surface
- relax, pause, no pushing
- the wave returning to the ocean.
- if and when you welcome the layers of seeking, feel that they are welcome in unconditional kindness (not the right word; there is love here).
- love is deeper
- gently, take your time open your eyes.
