to the extent that it is unpleasant
it means that you have not

your own unpleasantness right it is no
longer unpleasant to you when you are in
the presence of others it's just bodily
sensations
you know so you say okay they are
feeling these bodily sensations and what
happens it's very beautiful because
that's something magical i mean
what i'm going to say
there is no
scientific or psychological
explanation for it but i'm talking from
experience
if you are in the presence of someone who
is charged with this negative feelings
and you welcome them in you
and you are not affected by them
something strange happens is that
as they will leave you because your body
is going to
destroy them to swallow them to digest
them
but as this happens
the moment you are you are not resisting
them
there is a reverse impact on this person
because this person has mirroring
neurons too
who are acting beyond the scenes in in a
in a non-conceptual
non-verbal
realm
and just as you are taking their
unpleasantness
they are taking they are receiving your
peace
you see so they will be relieved
and you won't be affected because
you accept it it's no big deal it's not
a problem it's it's a kind of a play
that your body plays your body
uh takes these tensions and play with
them and then releases them
