"Impersonal = my happiness doesn't depend on it" [[Magdi Badawy]] [[Holger]]: To me impersonal doesn't mean cold or dismissive. Ideally I see it as being free of the "me", the separate-self, that either feels diminished or aggrandized by circumstances; in-team, intimate without neediness or agenda.
